"The store itself had Sonos nothing for women, therefore you lost two thousand dollars because I had to go to Bert's Mega Mall. Then I did go back and buy a backpack that was recommended by the sales person, he liked and said it was made for laptop and was waterproof. All total lies and what makes it worse he said he had the backpack. I will NEVER buy from you again and will let every motorcyclist know about my experience. FYI: I am a female rider who commutes 70 miles round trip every day and to be lied too and treated like an imbecile is unacceptable. "

"I enjoy going to Cycle Gear. The employees are friendly, welcoming, seem genuinely happy to help, and they have good product selection and can always special order items they carry but don't any stock in a location. I love the bike nights too in the summer. So overall, the experience going there has always been a fun one and I have been going there for decades (started in NorCal, no the one's in SoCal). I do wish you had a bigger store here in SoCal like the one in Sacramento, but overall I enjoy going there, and I appreciate the positive attitudes of the employees.
